What is The Nexus?\
The Nexus is a Multidimensional Decentralized Exchange (DEX) and DeFi Ecosystem, intended to create a unified singularity of different chains such as XDC & XRP EVM!\

Users can create markets for their own tokens or pre-existing ones by creating liquidity pools to make their assets tradeable.\
\
Liquidity providers can put their liquidity tokens into the NexusGenerator to earn more $NEXU and potential Superfarm multi-rewards, which can help mitigate the impermanent loss that comes from being a provider in a decentralized system.\
\
Users can stake their $NEXU or $CELEST in multi-staking to earn swap fees, NEXU token inflation and other tokens in the form of Liquidity Tokens.\
\
A portion of the swap fees (WXDC/NEXU pair) are used to buy and burn $NEXU which makes the supply long term deflationary.

The Nexus is currently deployed on the XDC Network, XRP EVM Sidechain.

## The Nexus AI Core assigns the Holographic HUD elements to Each $CELEST. Each element represents a power threshold that gives that NFT a weight/multiplier power in Nexus Multin-staking.

## Celestials can be staked/paired with NEXU in the Nexus Core Multi-Staking system to consistently earn NEXU, NLP Tokens and more! To access the time-lock multipliers with your NFT you must Multi-Stake with NEXU token as collateral. If you break your time-lock, you only get 50% of your collateral back, the other half is split, 25% goes back to the pool and 25% is burnt.

## Nexus Liquidity Pool Tokens

When you deposit assets into the liquidity pool you are give $NLP tokens in return.\
These NLP tokens represent your position/share of the liquidity pool.\

## Method 1

Go to Pools > Add. Select the tokens you want to add liquidity for. Approve and then Deposit!\
You can add tokens that are not in the token list by pasting a contract address directly in.\
\
If you cant find a pair that you added under Browse. Go to Pools > Import!\
\
If you still cant find it check the Your Farm!

# Risks

### Liquidity provider fees[​](https://docs.uniswap.org/protocol/V2/concepts/advanced-topics/fees#liquidity-provider-fees) <a href="#liquidity-provider-fees" id="liquidity-provider-fees"></a>

There is a **0.3%** fee for swapping tokens. **0.05%** to Nexus Diffuser **0.25%** directly to providers. **This fee is split by liquidity providers proportional to their contribution to liquidity reserves.**

Swapping fees are immediately deposited into liquidity reserves. This increases the value of liquidity tokens, functioning as a payout to all liquidity providers proportional to their share of the pool. Fees are collected by burning liquidity tokens to remove a proportional share of the underlying reserves.

Since fees are added to liquidity pools, the invariant increases at the end of every trade. Within a single transaction, the invariant represents `token0_pool / token1_pool` at the end of the previous transaction.

## Understanding Returns

Nexus incentivizes users to add liquidity to trading pools by rewarding providers with the fees generated when other users trade with those pools as well as an extra incentive of NEXU token from the Nexus Generator. Market making, in general, is a complex activity. There is a risk of losing money during large and sustained movement in the underlying asset price compared to simply holding an asset.

# Nexus Generator

This is where NEXU rewards are earned and distributed!

## Add liquidity and Stake it to earn NEXU Token!

**1 NEXU is generated every block and is distributed proportionally to Liquidity Providers that Stake their NLP Tokens into the Nexus Generator. Inflation reduces by a small percent everyday.**\
\
**10% of the rewards per block are automatically distributed to the Nexus Core Multi-Staking System anytime someone interacts with the Nexus Generator system.**

**The Rewards column shown for the Pairs below is the amount of NEXU that is proportionally distributed to NLP Stakers of that pair each day! The more NLPs you stake the more of the daily NEXU reward you will get!**\

**Some pairs may earn multi-rewards through the Nexus Super Farm Mechanism!**

## 💫Nexus Cycles

**Starting at 1 NEXU Per Block and  gradually and exponentialy decreases by 0.001% about every 84K blocks which is about 1 day.**

**The NexusGenerator is the main Contract that has the ability to mint $NEXU as rewards for LP Stakers and Multi-Stakers. There is no other way $NEXU can be minted (NEXU may be minted by other smart contracts in future updated versions of the Nexus). The Ownership of the $NEXU Token contract is given to the NexusGenerator Contract to mint rewards. Maximum of 1.1B NEXU to ever exist.**

# Super Farm

The Nexus Super Farm multi-reward system

**The Nexus Generator has an innovative Super Farm mechanism that can create multi-earning liquidity pairs or single side stakes.**\
\
**Creators can propose to create their own farms to help incentivize liquidity for their projects. Or create single side stakes to give their token staking utility. This turns Nexus into a kickstarter/launchpad system on each chain.**\
\
**A small fee of 1% will be taken from Superfarm Deposits. Half will be given to the Nexus Treasury the other half will go the Nexus Core Multi-Staking!**

# Superfarm Request

Apply to make your own Superfarm positions and rewards distributions.

### Want to make your own single sided stake or reward an LP token?

For now, visit discord to request your superfarm positions (must have some social proof for your token).  When governance is live this process may change.

### How it works:

-First make sure the token that is getting rewards and the reward token are both listed in the token-list. <https://github.com/nexusportal/token-list>\
-Select the erc-20 token or the LP token address that you want to send rewards to.\
-Select the token that you want to use as a reward.\
-Select the rate that you want to distribute the rewards i.e. 1 $XYZ per block.\
-Consider what your first deposit will be and how long it will take to fully distribute. For example, 1 Million $XYZ to be distributed for about 1 month. There are approximately 43200 blocks per day on XDC network. 1 Million $XYZ / 43200 $XYZ per day = 23.14 days.\
-Wait for Nexus team to execute your settings.\
-Make your Deposit of 1 Million $XYZ into the NexusGenerator smart contract and your reward will start to distribute! Their is a 1% fee on superfarm deposits that go to the Nexus Treasury. (Warning, your settings must be set in the contract before you make a deposit! Vist discord and make a ticket if you have any issues or questions.)\
-Note you can add multiple rewards to different single side or LP token stakes, making multi-earning stakes, so consider those options.

### How make a deposit

-Make sure your LP or Token has been added to the superfarm and has a PID.\
-Get your PID by pasting your LP or token address and calling the **GetPoolID** function in the block explorer.\
-Make sure your reward token and other are listed in the token list (see above).\
-Before you can make a deposit you must give approval for the NexusGenerator to transfer then token. Go to your Tokens Write Contract page Set approval for the NexusGenerator Address.\
-Open the NexusGenerator Write Contract page in the block explorer and find the **DepositRewardToken.**\
-Add your PID.\
-Add your RewardToken address that will be distributed to users.\
-Add your deposit amount in WEI. Use a converter to find the WEI value <https://eth-converter.com/>\
-Click Write and confirm with your wallet. \
Congrats, you should now see your rewards being distributed in the NexusGenerator Farm page!\

# Nexus Diffuser

Where does the staking yield come from?

**The Nexus Diffuser receives DEX swap fees from the setFee to address of the NexusFactory Contract. The fees are in the form of $NLP Tokens. $NEXU Token holders can publicly call the Diffuse function to distribute the $NLP Tokens to the Nexus Core Multi Staking System.**\

**Some primary liquidity pairs like NEXU/WXDC will be used to buy and burn $NEXU Token automatically.**\

## How it works

**Users can stake and time lock their $NEXU Tokens to earn Swap Fees in the form of liquidity tokens ($NLPs), NEXU token from the Nexus Generator at a rate of 10%, a portion of NFT Marketplace Royalties and more!**\
\
**Users earn $NLPs of varying kinds that they can claim proportional to their share of the Nexus Core. They can then be cashed out or compounded in the Nexus Generator to earn more NEXU.**\
\
**For example users can earn NEXU/wBTC in the form of $NLPs.**\

**Max Supply:** `1,111,111,111 NEXU` (1.1B)\
**Starting Supply (Genesis):** `250,000,000 NEXU`

   * Linear vesting over 10 years (\~25M circulating now).
